Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. We ask for your courtesy in giving us advance notice so we can offer your time slot to another client.
48+ hours notice
Cancel or reschedule with no charge. We appreciate the early heads-up.
24–48 hours notice
A 50% cancellation fee applies to cover the reserved time and travel.
Less than 24 hours / No-show
Full service fee is charged. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
Late arrivals
If we cannot be granted access within 15 minutes of the scheduled start, the appointment may be treated as a no-show.

Sanitation Standards
Your safety is our top priority. We follow strict sanitation protocols at every appointment — the same standards required of licensed aesthetics facilities.
Single-use implements
All disposable tools (wax strips, applicators, lancets) are used once and discarded.
Hospital-grade disinfection
All reusable metal tools are cleaned and disinfected with EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectant between every client.
Fresh linens every appointment
Clean, laundered linens and towels are used for each client — never reused between appointments.
Hand hygiene
Hands are washed and sanitized before and after every treatment, and gloves are worn when required by protocol.
Product hygiene
Products are dispensed with clean spatulas — never double-dipped. Opened containers are labeled with dates.
Licensed & insured
Your aesthetician holds a current Arizona state aesthetics license and carries professional liability insurance.
